word文档整理分享 参考资料 内蒙古财经大学双学位学士论文 金融创新对我国商业银行的影响 作 者： 李胜艳 学 院：公共管理学院 专 业： 金融学 年 级： 12金融3班 学 号： 122122101 指导教师： 王桂贤 导师职称： 副教授  内 容 提 要 随着经济全球化、信息化、金融自由化时代的到来和发展，国内经济加速转型，为我国商业银行的发展提供了内在动力和良好的外部环境，但是也给我国商业银行带来新的问题和挑战，这些问题的存在必然会阻碍我国商业银行前进的步伐。这就需要我们逐步地调整金融政策，重视并利用金融创新的作用，来实现商业银行稳步而健康的发展。需要进一步完善金融制度、法律法规，加大银行业的市场化改革力度，提高竞争力度，不断完善金融管制，不断进行金融各个方面的创新。 论文主要是从我国的金融创新的现状进行分析，对金融创新的内容进入深入的剖析，进一步得出金融创新对于我国商业银行不断向前发展的重大意义。同时分析出我国商业银行的金融创新存在的不足，最后提出了一些合理的建议。 关键词：商业银行 业务创新 科技创新 Abstract With the coming and development of economic globalization, information and financial liberalization, the domestic economy has accelerated the transformation, which provides a good external environment for the development of Chinas commercial banks, but also brings new problems and challenges to our commercial banks. These problems will hinder the pace of Chinas commercial banks. This requires us to gradually adjust the financial policy, pay attention to and the use of the role of financial innovation, to achieve a steady and healthy development of commercial banks. Need to further improve the financial system, laws and regulations, and increase the banking industrys market reform efforts, improve competition, and constantly improve the financial control, and continue to carry out various aspects of financial innovation. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of our country′s financial innovation, and analyzes the contents of financial innovation, and further draws the important significance of financial innovation to the development of China′s commercial banks. At the same time, it analyzes the shortcomings of the financial innovation of Chinas commercial banks, and finally puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
