华中科技大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTTheelectricalpropertiesofferroelectricmaterialsareshowedbythehysteresisloop，I．Vcharacteristicandswitchingcharacteristicprimarily．Thehysteresislooppresentstherelationbetweenpolarizationandelectricfield．TheI·Vcharacteristicpresentstherelationbetweencurrentandvoltage．Theswitchingcharacteristicpresentstherelationbetweencurrentandtime．Thethesisfocusesondevelopingacomputer-aidedsystemformeaSudngtheferroelectricmaterials’electricalparameters．Thewholesystemconsistsoftwoparts：hardwareandsoftware．Thefunctionofthehardwareistomeasuretheelectricalpropertiesofferroelectricnlaterialsandtocontrolthedeviceformeasuringtheferroelectricmaterials’electricalparameters，andtocollecttheseoriginaldata．Thispartconsistsofthreemodules：themoduleofferroelectficpropertiesmeasuring，digitalstorageoscilloscopeandcontrolmodule．Themoduleofferroelectricpropertiesmeasuringiscomprisedofsignalgenerator,equalizer,buffer,poweramplifierandhighvoltagegenerator．ItCangeneratemanykindsofsignalssuchassinewave，triangularwave，rectangularwaveandbipolardoublepulse．Allthesewavesarebasicstimulantsignalsformeasuringtheferroelectricproperties．Thefunctonofdigitalstorageoscilloscopeistodisplaywaveformandcollectdata．ControlmoduleismadeofPCI．1734cardandlogiccontrolcircuit，andcompletesthefunctionofpbuttonandknob．Systemsoftwareconsistsofcommunicationandinterfacemodule：thecommunicationmodulefunctionsinitializingdigitaloscilloscopeandreadingthedatafromdigitaloscilloscope．Theinterfacemoduleismadeupofloadingwindow,decayingwindow,mainwindowandparametersettingwindow,thesystemCanaccomplishmovmgthesingle．channelandsyntheticcurves，switchingthetwotypesmentionedabove．ThesystemCanplaywaveformanalysis，phaseshiftingandcentrosymmetryofthesyntheticcurves；Calculateferroelectricelectricalparameters；saveandprintwaveformdatasuchassamplecapacitor,samplethickness，sampledimensionandSOon．Thesystemmakesthecomparisonbetweendifferentsamplesmoreconveniently．Keywords：FerroelectricMaterialsdigitalosciloscopeHysteresisLoopsdigitalI／OcardI
