摘要．成人教育的质量问题是成人教育理论研究的一个重要问题。目前我国的成人教学仍是 摘要． 成人教育的质量问题是成人教育理论研究的一个重要问题。目前我国的成人教学仍是 以学习系统的科学知识为主，没有充分考虑到成人的特点和成人学习的特性，忽视了成人 参加学习来解决实际问题的学习目的。本论文将问题解决学习引入成人教学的领域之中， 旨在将问题解决学习作为成人教学的一种方式，使成人教学与成人学员的特性紧密结合， 把成人的各种问题和疑问作为宝贵的教育资源，力图对成人问题解决学习提出策略构建， 以期使成人教学取得更好的效果。 论文的第一部分阐述了选题的缘由和研究目的，并总结了国内外有关问题解决学习的 研究成果。论文的第二部分对问题解决、问题解决学习以及成人问题解决学习概念的进行 了系统的界定。为了有针对性地提出成人问题解决教学的策略，论文的第三部分从阐述目 前成人教学中非问题解决取向学习的现状入手，分析了目前成人教育的弊端，即现存的学 习方式使得成人学习者学习动力不足，人际关系淡化，成人教育质量很难提高，进而从成 人学习动机的应有之义、成人学习方式的需要、成人主体性和社会性提高的需要等方面提 出了进行成人问题解决学习的必要性。面对当前成人教育中忽视问题解决学习的现状，成 人教育应当更新思路，积极回应成人教育改革的呼唤，因此，论文的最后一部分从成人问 题解决教学的目标策略、成人问题解决教学的内容选择策略、成人问题解决教学的组织策 略、成人问题解决教学的实施策略、成人问题解决教学的评价策略五个方面入手构建了基 于问题解决的成人教学策略。 关键词：问题解决学习；成人问题解决学习；成人教学；策略 AbstractThe Abstract The issue of adult education quality is all important problem of adult education theory study． Nowadays，our adult teaching still takes the learning of the science knowledge as a lord，and doesn’t consider the characteristics of adult and adult learning well，ignores the study purpose--fulfilling the practical problem．This paper introduces the Problem。based Learning into the adult teaching，which takes it as a method of adult teaching．By the way,it can combine the adult teaching with feathers of adult learners and take adults’various problems and questions as precious educational resources．The writer tries to put forth the strategies of adult problem．based learning for ensuring the good effect of adult teaching． The first part of paper expands the account for this title and study aim，summarizes the study achievements about problem-based learning at home and abroad．The second part defines the problem solving，problem·based learning and adult problem-based learning systematically．In order to put forth the strategies of adult problem·based teaching，the third part，from the elaboration the current situation of non-problem—solving learning orientation in adult teaching， analyses the abuses of current adult education--the current learning method which makes adult learners
