┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 装 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 订 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 线 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ PAGE IV 摘 要 机械加工时所产生铁屑的收集，搬运和冷却液的分离处理，对加工精度，效能和品质等有很大的影响。因此在金属加工线上的铁屑搬运装置就扮演了相称重要的功能。 刮板式输送机作为铁屑输送机中的一种，是一种挠性牵引的连续输送机械。它的牵引机构是刮板链，承载装置是中部槽，刮板链安装在中部槽的槽面。中部槽沿运输路线全线铺设，刮板链绕经机头、机尾的链轮接成封闭形置于中部槽中，可与机床加工机械和输送机推移装置配套。 刮板输送机在使用中要受拉、压、弯曲、冲击摩擦和腐蚀等多种作用，因此，必须有足够的强度、刚度、耐磨和耐腐蚀性。由于它的运输方式是物料和刮板链都在槽内滑行，因此运行阻力和磨损都很大。 关键词：铁屑输送机；刮板输送机；刮板链；强度 Abstract Iron generated when machining the collection, handling and separation process of the cooling liquid, on the machining accuracy, performance, and quality has a great influence. Therefore, iron filings in the metal processing line handling device has played an important function of proportionality. Scraper conveyor as Chip conveyor in one, is a flexible traction continuous conveyor machinery. Its traction is scraper chain, carrying device is a central trough, scraper chain installed in the central groove groove surface.
