AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT In the 2 1 st century,environmental problems are one of the major challenges that humanity faces．Environment crisis is not only a social problem，but also a political issue．Accompanied by environmental crisis，ecological politics became one important part of political science，and it is also a visual expression of political power of environmental discourse．The function of construction and acting of environmental discourses give the discourse holders by the power of society,and make environmental discourses connect with politics．In intemational political relations， national governments，international organizations and non·government environmental groups led by the environmental discourse are different，but the debate on these discourses is essentially a struggle of interests． Antarctica is a more extraordinary continent on the earth．In the intemational political system，there are also many special about Antarctic politics．”Antarctic Treaty”makes the territorial dispute over sovereignty in Antarctica solved creatively, although the results are temporary,but it still created a new era of human activities in Antarctica，the Antarctic Treaty politics also entered the era．Based on the”Antarctic Treaty”，the Antarctic Treaty System are enhanced and improved，some changes have taken place in the Antarctic politics．The freezing of sovereignty demands have provided an opportunity to the environmental discourse and ecological politics，and make them in into the political agenda of the treaty system．Environmental discourse， scientific discourse and the regulation discourse become into basic discourse systems of the treaty system，Antarctic politics also have started the change from the resource．oriented to the environment—oriented．Through the changes of the Antarctic politics，the linkages of environmental discourse and power and politics have been proved． Key Words：Environmental discourses，ecological politics，Antarctica politics， Antarctica Treaty,intema
