成人高等教育 毕业设计（论文） 题 目浅析炼油厂循环水水质改进的措施研究 学 生米虎军 联系电话 指导教师 张暹 评阅人 教学站点西安产业技术学院 专 业石油化工生产技术 2010.04.01完成日期 2010.04.01 浅析炼油厂循环水水质改进的研究 摘要：炼油厂循环冷却水系统是炼油厂企业的重要组成部分，炼油厂循环水系 统的稳定运行是正常生产的重要保证。运行过程要采取措施防止系统设备腐 蚀、结垢，生物污染，还要采取措施降低系统水量消耗。措施包括从系统排放浓 缩水、旁流过滤一部分循环水；但是由于循环水系统水质稳定剂和污染物含量 较高，因此过滤系统滤料容易被堵结，反冲困难，反冲洗废水排放量大。研究开 发处理回用旁流过滤器反冲洗废水和排污水的工艺进而开发替代旁流过滤的 水质稳定技术是本研究的目的。针对某炼油厂循环水存在问题，分析其造成 的原因，采取复配缓蚀阻垢剂及缓蚀阻垢剂评选、杀菌剂复配及优选、水冷器 工艺改进、物料泄漏处理方法的创新等改进措施，取得明显的效果。 关键词：循环水； 水质;改进措施；浓缩倍数 Analysis of refinery circulating water quality improvement study Abstract: The refinery coo ling water sys tem is an impor tarit par t of refineries, oil refining and stable operation of circulating water system is an important guarantee for normal production. Running system equipment to take measures to provent corrosion, scaling, biological pollution, but also take measures to reduce water consumption of the system. Measures include condcnsed water discharged from the system， next to the part of the circulating water flow filtration; However, due to the water quality of circulating water system stabi1izer emd higher levels of pollutants, so filtration systems fi 1 ter casily blocked knot, recoil difficultics, a large quantity of wastcwater discharge backwash ? Research and development of treatment and reuse-flow fi1 ter backwash wastewater and sewage water treatment and thus the development of alternative water-flow filtration technology is the stability of the purpose of this study. Against em oil refincry circulating water problems, analyze the reasons for its cause to take compounding agents and Corrosion Inhibitor for Corrosion and Scale Sclection， bactcricidc compound and optimization， water coolers process improvemcnt， material innova tions in trea tment met hods leakage improvemen t measures, achieved remarkable results.
