word文档整理分享 PAGE 参考资料 word文档整理分享 参考资料 武汉学院 学生毕业论文（设计） 题 目： 中小型企业采购成本控制的对策分析 指导教师： 金文莉 职称： 讲师 学生姓名： 魏子涵 学号： 专 业： 物流管理 年级： 10级 二〇一四年五月一日 参考资料 中小型企业采购成本控制的对策分析 摘 要 我国中小企业近年来随着国家经济的发展，发展势头良好，但是在发展过程中也遇到一些瓶颈。中小制造企业的采购成本对企业的发展已经产生重要阻碍。采购成本的控制对于一个企业的经营业绩和市场竞争力至关重要。市场经济环境下企业应该建立成本管理理念，强调从整体和全局的角度对企业成本管理的内容、对象和方法进行全方位的分析研究，从而加强和提高相关物资采购决策的水平和质量。 本篇论文对我国中小型企业采购管理存在的问题及其发展作了相关研究，一共分为三个部分。第一部分介绍了国内外对采购管理研究的历程和进展；第二部分根据我国当今中小企业采购成本控制发展的历程，分析了我国中小企业采购管理的发展现状，寻找到目前企业对于采购管理这方面所存在的问题以及产生问题的原因；第三部分则提出了我国中小型企业采购成本控制的对策，从采购的规模、方式、制度、手段等几方面入手，强化企业对采购成本的认知，加强对采购人员的培训和完善相关绩效考核工作，实施战略成本管理进行采购成本控制，从而达到控制中小型企业采购成本的目的。 【关键词】中小企业 采购成本 控制 对策 参考资料 Abstract Control of procurement costs for a company operating performance and market competitiveness is essential. Under the market economy environment enterprises should establish cost management philosophy, emphasizing the overall global perspective and analysis of the contents of a full range of enterprise cost management , objects and methods , thereby strengthening and improving the level and quality-related materials procurement decisions.
