Looking from the educational fields, the computer network has enriched the instructional method and the learning method greatly. Therefore, as an important way of weighing the achievement of the personal ability, the form of our examination also changed unceasingly. For the network itself has open and distributed character, the modern teaching can carry on freely without the time and the spatial limit. The teaching and the instruction appraisal based on the network has already obtained the widespread application. The appearance of some long-distance learning system and the virtual university has provided essential condition for the online examination. Online examination system has become one of the hot spots of people?s researching, and the products of our researching has already inserted into our teaching. On account of it the questions which appear in the process of our application, we must consider how to unleash the computers superiority, establish large-scale, efficient, sharing item bank and can have examination anytime and anywhere, in order to reduce the cost of examination, reduces the manmade disturbance, reduces the teacher?s burden, saves the manpower, the physical resource and the financial resource. It can avoid the traditional examination?s flaw, achieve the effect which is time and effort saving, so as to provide service for the classroom instruction.
