Ltd. 适用于肯发公司所有杠杆表的校准. 3.0 Operation Procedure 操作程序 3.1 Calibration standard : Calibration Tester with 0.2um resolution. 校准标准:分度值为0.2μm的千分表检定器. 3.2 Calibration environment: Room temperature 20+4/-2℃, Relative humidity 65%. 校准环境:室温20+4/-2℃,相对湿度65%. 3.3 Calibration period 校准周期 Six months.(180 days) 6个月 (180天) 3.4 Calibration methods 校准方法: 3.4.1 Visual inspection: Visual check the dial indicator, the bezel shall be clear with scale marking ,The probe shall not be wear off, rusting, chip off and scratches, otherwise, the dial indicator need to be repaired. 外观检查:目力观察表盘清晰,没有影响读数缺陷,其测头不应有严重的磨损,锈迹,崩缺和明显的划痕, 否则修理. 3.4.2 Usage of each part 各部分作用 3.4.2.1 The indicator bezel matched it’s body that should not have apparent looseness, The bezel rotation should be stable and reliable. 表圈和表体的配合无明显的松动现象,表圈转动应平稳,静止可靠. 3.4.2.2 Tremble of the spindle and rotation of the long hand should be stable and flexible when shake the spindle and the pointer should not be loosen and fall when shake the spindle quickly. 拨动测杆时,测杆的摆动及指针的回转应平稳灵活,不得有跳动,卡住和阻滞现象,快迅拨动 时指针不应有松动和脱落. 3.4.2.3 The fixing handle and the direction exchanger should be used conveniently and reliably.
