Pusher/Driller/Subsea engineer Answer for maintenance and operation of well-control equipment. Safety supervisor Monitor and inspect for maintenance and operation of well-control equipment. 3 井喷分类 井喷分三种情况： 井喷初期（井涌） 2)井喷 3)井喷失控 2.Classify three complexion kick blowout uncontrolled blowout 4 设备 井控设备应具有厂家出厂合格证书，有效的检验报告及试压报告。作业过程中还应按照操作手册的规定或作业者的要求定期做功能试验和压力试验，确保井控设备处于良好的工作状态。 4. Equipment Well control equipment must have manufacture certificate, efficiency inspection report and pressure test report. And it must be routinely pressure test in obedience to operation manual or operator requirement and function test to ensure functioning properly during drilling. 5 人员 5.1井架工、付司钻、司钻、值班队长、高级队长和水下工程师等岗位人员应通过专门培训，并取得法定级别的《井控技术》培训合格证书，井控证书应在有效期内。 5.Rig Crew Qualities 5.1 some person including derrickman/assistant driller/drilling/tool-pusher/senior tool-pusher/subsea engineer must be well trained in art of blowout prevention and obtain the well-control certification being in period of validity. 5.2 平台作业人员及各级管理人员熟知各自在井控作业过程的岗位职责并训练有素。 5.2 rig crew and managers must know and understand their responsibilities related to blowout preve
