The object of the project is energy-conservation and lowing-emission in the process of crop production and improving the crop adaptability of climate change through effective technology demonstration and promotion, at same time, increasing the climate smart agriculture productivity through capacity building, knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation. The implement period of the project is 5 years, from January, 2015 to October, 2019. The total fund of the project is 3143 U.S., of which the fund of GEF is 510 U.S., the rest is government counterpart funding. The project will implement in Huaiyuan County of Anhui Province and Yexian County of Henan Province, covering 4 townships, 40 administrative villages and including 19774 households and a population of
