广 西 科 技 大 学（筹） 《毕业论文指导》作业 课题名称：论国际贸易单证缮制应注意的问题 系 别： 财经学院 专 业： 国际经济与贸易 班 级： 国贸091 学 号： 200901803003 姓 名： 唐芳芳 指导教师： 李周 摘 要 本文介绍了国际贸易单证的作用、种类以及单证缮制的整个工作环节、基本要求等，并对单证缮制的技巧做了部分说明，具有很强的操作性。通过论述国际贸易中单证缮制应注意的问题（从中特别强调了商业汇票制作时注意的事项，同时综合讨论了鉴别汇票的真伪的方法如:观看其纸张颜色、印章颜色和形状是否有异，观看汇票的纹印是否清晰等。），以此提醒企业单证部门进一步重视单证的缮制，提高企业信用证项下单证缮制质量，减少甚至避免结汇单据不符点现。 关键词：单证；国际贸易；缮制；技巧 ABSTRACT This paper introduces the international trade documents’ function, type and the whole work procedure of making documents , basic requirements and so on, doing some instructions for the skills of repairing documents, which has strong operability. By discussing the problems of international trade documents(specially emphasizing the notes, when making the commercial drafts. At the same time, comprehensively discussing the methods of identifing the commercial drafts’authenticity. Such as: watching its paper’ color, seal color and shape,if there is differentce among them,is the drafts’ print is clear and so on. ) ,I hope that the entrepresal document department should pay more attention to documents’repairing .
