武汉理工大学 PAGE PAGE 1 浅议财务内部控制对企业的影响 （武汉理工大学 王书香） 摘要 财务管理是公司内部控制的核心之一，是企业运营过程中至关重要的一部分。企业内部控制的基本目标是：维护财产物资的完整性；保证会计信息的准确性；保证经营决策的贯彻执行；保证生产经营活动的经济性、效率性和效果性；保证国家法律法规的遵守执行。财务管理更加合理、有效，各行业内部及行业之间也必将更有序。内部财务管理控制是现代企业内部控制的一个重要方面。文章将企业内部控制作为一个相对独立的系统，围绕现代企业内部财务控制的目的和主要内容，就如何加强现代企业预算控制、会计控制、内部审计及财务风险控制等内容展开论述。 关键词：财务管理 内部控制及方式 影响 ABSTRACT Financial management is the core of one of the companys internal control，Business operations is a vital part of the process。The basic objective of internal control is：Maintain the integrity of property and materials；To ensure the accuracy of accounting information；Ensure the implementation of business decisions；Ensure the economic production and business activities﹑efficiency and effectiveness of；Ensure compliance with the implementation of state laws and regulations.
