1980-2009宁波人力资本对经济发展贡献研究 PAGE 2 1980-2009宁波人力资本对经济发展贡献研究 15 本科毕业设计 地理科学（师范） 1980-2009年宁波人力资本对经济发展贡献研究 A Research on the Contribution of Human Capital to Economic Growth from 1989 to 2009 in Ningbo 1980-2009宁波人力资本对经济发展贡献研究 PAGE 1 1980-2009年宁波人力资本对经济发展贡献研究 摘要：人力资本对于经济增长具有密切关系。本文利用宁波市1980-2009年相关统计数据，建立AK模型，运用SPSS线性回归方式，论证了宁波人力资本与经济增长之间的关系，得出了以下结论：宁波市人力资本对经济增长贡献虽然较为显著，但人力资本的产出弹性仍然小于物质资本的产出弹性，劳动力的产出弹性为负值，这说明人力资本对经济增长的贡献要小于物质资本，而简单劳动力已经达到了过剩或者饱和状态，提高劳动力素质，以此来增加人力资本显得尤为重要。对此，本文提出了重视基础教育，进一步推动职业教育和高等教育；重视引进人才；优化人才层级结构等建议，以此来提高人力资本的投资。 关键词：人力资本；经济发展；宁波 A Research on the Contribution of Human Capital to Economic Growth from 1989 to 2009 in Ningbo Abstract?: With human capital for economic growth are closely related. In this paper, Ningbo City 1980-2009 statistical data to establish the AK model ,using the SPSS linear regression, Ningbo, human capital and demonstrated the relationship between economic growth, reached the following conclusions: Ningbos human capital are contributing on economic growth While the more significant, but the output elasticity of human capital is still less than the output elasticity of physical capital, labor output elasticity is negative, which indicating that human capital is less than physical capital on economic growth, labor has been achieved and the excess or saturation are simple .In order to increase the human capital is particularly important, the quality of labor are improving. In this regard, this paper focus on basic education, promote vocational education further and higher education; Attention to the introduction of talent; Optimizing the talent level structure proposed to improve investment in human capital.
