河北工程学院毕业设计（论文） - 1 - - 摘 要 本工程为乌鲁木齐市中医院供热管网及换热站设计。医院占地面积为19809.10㎡，基底面积为2798.24㎡，建筑高度为40.85m。设计内容包括门诊楼采暖设计和换热站工艺设计两部分。供暖热负荷为550KW，在此基础上，通过对散热器的比较,选择性能好且经济的M-132型散热器。 本设计采用散热器采暖，系统以85℃/60℃的热水为热媒，管网布置为机械循环双管下供下回异程式系统。采用补水泵定压方式，系统运行时，采用质调节调节方式，以适应热负荷的变化。管道为无补偿直埋敷设，所有管段采用预制保温管，保温材料为聚氨酯，保护层为聚乙烯，由国家标准设计图集《管道及设备保温》98R418确定其保温层厚度，通过水力计算确定管径。医院设一个换热站，内设1台型号BR0.1板式换热器，2台型号为ISR125-80-315(J)O的热水循环泵（一备一用），2台型号为25—110的补水泵（一备一用），卧式直通除污器。 关键词：采暖；热负荷计算；散热器选型和计算；系统设计；水力计算 全套图纸加扣 3012250582 Abstract This project for the urumuq city traditional chinese medical hospital for heat transfer in heating network and station design. Hospital covers an area of approximately 198.091million square meters, the building height is 40.85m。 550KW heat load, on this basis, by comparison of the radiator, the performance good and economy M-132 type heat sink was selected. It is radiator heating system,with radiator heating system to 85 ℃ / 60 ℃ hot water as heat medium, Pipe network layout for the open-type double-pipe direct return, branched forms. Small pump constant pressure, while the system is running, control is used to regulate the way in order to adapt to the heat load changes. Entire piping for no compensation directly buried, all pipe segments made of preformed pipe insulation, insulation material for polyurethane, protective layer of polyethylene, by the national standard design Atlas of the 98R418 determine the thermal insulation of the piping and equipment insulation layer thickness, hydraulic calculation determined by diameter. Hospital set up an underground heat exchange station, which consists of 1sets of model BR0.1 plate heat exchanger, 2 model ISR125-80-315(J)O of hot water circulation pump (with a prepared one), 2 models to repair water pump for ISR125-80-315(J)O(with a prepared one), straight horizontal decontamination.
