II II 物含量在 2 月末、6 月末和秋季分别有峰值，但以霜降节气前后含量达到年中最高， 沙 2×伦 109 桑品种的总黄酮类含量高于桂桑优 12。 4、桑蚕幼虫的 DNJ、黄酮类化合物含量随供试蚕品种与饲用桑叶组合存在差异。 其中，DNJ 含量以 7532 蚕品种与桂桑优 12 桑品种的 DNJ 为最高，达到 7.6619± 0.1629mg/g，932 与沙 2×伦 109 组合则次之，为 7.3500±0.2441mg/g。总黄酮含量则 以两广二号与沙 2×伦 109 的组合为最高，达 8.4178±0.3615mg/g。因此，以利用 DNJ 为目标产物时应选择 7532 与桂桑优 12 或者 932 与沙 2×伦 109 组合为好；而以黄酮 类化合物为目标产物利用时可选择两广二号与沙 2×伦 109 为佳。 5、蚕蛹、蚕沙、桑枝的 DNJ、黄酮类化合物等活性成分含量存在差异。其中， 蚕蛹黄酮类化合物含有较高，而不含 DNJ 成分，蚕蛹的黄酮类含量与桑枝、蚕沙存 在极显著差异。桑枝 DNJ、黄酮类含量随季节有差异，DNJ 含量是夏桑枝略高于冬 伐桑枝，总黄酮含量则相反，冬桑枝略高于夏伐桑枝；供试蚕沙之间 DNJ 和总黄酮 含量差异不显著。 关键词：桑蚕；桑叶；黄酮类化合物；1-脱氧野尻霉素；两广二号；桂 桑优 12 III III Determination of DNJ and Flavonoids Contents in Five Silkworm Powders of the Main Varieties in GuangXi ABSTRACT There are all kinds of silkworm resources in Guangxi. The sericulture from traditional industry to the diversified development is the development trend in the future.In this study,we determined the DNJ contents in the silkworm powder by RP-HPLC-UV.We determined the total flavonoids in the silkworm resources by colorimetry.The results can provide the development of Guangxi sericulture as theoretical basis in medicinal value.The main research contents and results are as follows: It is concluded that the starvation treatment would be advisable from 6h to 12h;The DNJ content in the silkworm powder would be higher in third day of age of 5 ,when determined the DNJ content of the silkworm powder in the different periods of the age of 4 and 5.The flavonoids content in the silkworm powder would be higher in forth day of age of 5 .The contents of DNJ and flavonoids is the highest,which were treated by vacuum freeze-drying.Mulberry leaf contains 2.8524±0.1292 mg/g of DNJ and 21.3138±0.9293 mg/g of flavonoids.So,we could prepare the silkworm powder in third day of age of 5,which is treated in 12h starvation,and treated by vacuum freeze-drying. The DNJ content in spring silkworm larva is 6.3630±0.1057 mg/g.And the content in fall silkworm larva is 5.9450±0.2618 mg/g.The flavonoids content in spring s
