In this paper, based on the analysis on the current situation in the international contracting market,the writer summarized the international general contracting enterprise of the development status and existing problems, in view of the high risk of international engineering project,the author put forward the international engineering general contracting risk evaluation. Risking index system is established, and the del west hydropower station as an example for the risk assessment and control.This article main research results are as follows: Established the international hydropower EPC project risk evaluation index system.
