Because of its simple operation，without the ne ed of additional investment，as long as the change ofnetwork combination switch can aclú eve load balance，eliminate 出e overload，reduce the network loss，improve the economi c benefit. So in recent years reconstruction of distribution network has become a rese缸C h hotspot. Distributed Generators (DG) because of its unique environmental protection ，ec onomy and f1exibility，with broad prospects for development in the power system，but als o beca，use of access to a large nurnber of DG， it has a m句or impact on th巳 distribution n etwork operation and control etc.. So the problem of distribution network reconfiguration a ccess DG has important significance . This paper uses an improved binary p缸ticle sw缸m optimization a1gorithm for distrib ution network containing DG reconstruction ，the active power loss of the entire network mi nimurn as the 0均ective function，is established based on muItiple load (maximurn ，minimu m ，average load) for power distribution network reconfiguration model，analysis the determin ation method for radial distribution network planning and operation DG，and the distributio n network power f10w calculation method is improved，which is suitable for 企equent cha nges in network topology. Finally，simulation experiments were carried out on IEEE33 bus t est system，the results show that the method is reasonable and effective.
