浙江工业大学硕士学位论文国内医疗设备融资租赁 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 国内医疗设备融资租赁风险管理研究 万方数据 万方数据 国内医疗设备融资租赁风险管理研究 摘 要 近年来，融资租赁已成为第二大融资在发达国家中仅次于银行信贷。在我 国，融资租赁，虽然起步较晚，但在一个快速发展的阶段。其他金融服务业一 样，融资租赁本身具有一定的信用风险，信用风险和承租人出租人的利益直接 相关。风险管理能力是融资租赁公司是否具有持续经营能力的关键措施。 论文从融资租赁风险管理的相关理论和文献资料，对融资租赁风险管理的 文献和研究成果进行了总结，通过对国内医疗设备融资现状为研究对象，围绕 风险管理进行了研究和实例分析，对医疗设备租赁的风险管理进行研究。。 论文介绍了国内医疗设备租赁经营模式，专注于国内医疗设备融资租赁风 险管理从风险识别，风险评估，风险控制，研究，结合案例分析，对关键风险 点相关实例分析。最后，从金融租赁风险监测与预警系统建设，提高来弥补融 资租赁项目风险管理的医疗行业，提高内部医疗行业融资租赁项目风险和外部 监管，提高融资租赁业务创新和探索资产证券化策略五个方面来促进国内医疗 设备租赁业风险管理的发展。 关键词：医疗设备；融资租赁；风险管理。 I Abstract In recent years, financial leasing has become the second major financing industry, second only to bank credit, around the developed countries. Despite a late start, financial leasing has stepped into a fast developing term in China. Like other financial services, financial leasing has some credit risks, which are directly related to the profit of the lessee and the lessor. Risk management is the key to financial leasing company whether they have the sustainable operation ability. Based on the related theory and literature of risk management for financial leasing, the paper summarized the literature and research results；Taking the current situation of the domestic medical equipment financing as the research object, the paper studied and analyzed the risk management of medical equipment leasing. This paper introduces the domestic medical equipment leasing business model, and focuses on the domestic medical equipment financing lease risk management, analysis and research by risk identification, risk assessment and risk control, then do the case analysis to the point of risk. Finally, it promote the risk management of domestic medical equipment leasing industry by financial leasing risk monitoring and warning system construction, improving make up medical industry for risk management of financial leasing project, improving risk management of internal medical financial leasing and supervision of external, improving innovation of the financia
