With the advancing of the construction of new socialist countryside and a series of major policy, policy implementation, the problem of rural basic education has been widespreadly concerned, however, because of being affected by economic and social factors, Chinas basic education has difference not only between regions and urban and rural areas, but also between the schools in the school foundation, teachers and other related aspects. It is still a difficult problem about the current basic education in poor rural area,as well as a weak part of the basic education in china. Physical education in rural areas, as the main part of education, has a profound and lasting effect on improving students physical quality and enhancing the overall quality of the nation, especially in China, where the rural population accounts for a large population. Physical education should not be ignored in China. Guangxi, located in the southwest border of the motherland and borders on many countries, is a multi-ethnic region, but because of the influence of geographical environment, the economic development is relatively backward.
