万方数据 万方数据 Efficacy of quadruple therapy with amoxicillin and bismuth on Helicobacter pylori eradication Major:Clinical Medicine Postgraduate: Yang Qizhen Supervisor: Zhou Li [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and the security of different antibiotic combinations bismuth-containing quadruple in H.pylori eradication.Methods: A total of 415 patients infected with H.pylori were treated with quadruple therapy with amoxicillin and bismuth during October, 2012 to September, 2014 in the affiliated hospital of Guiyang Medical College. They were divided into eight groups,the course of group A、B、C and D is 10-day，the course of group E、F、G and H is 14-day,every groups should be uesd Lansoprazole 30mg Bid and Bismuth pectin 150mg Tid. Group A:Amoxicillin l.0g Bid、Clarithromycin 0.25g Bid;group B :Amoxicillin l.0g Bid、Levofloxacin 0.2g Bid;group C:Amoxicillin l.0g Bid、+Gentamicin 80mg Bid,group D:Amoxicillin l.0g Bid、Furazolidone 0.1g Bid,group E:Amoxicillin l.0g Bid、Clarithromycin 0.25g Bid;group F :Amoxicillin l.0g Bid、Levofloxacin 0.2g Bid;group G:Amoxicillin l.0g Bid、+Gentamicin 80mg Bid,group D:Amoxicillin l.0g Bid、Furazolidone 0.1g Bid.Record eradication rate、adverse reaction and cost。. Results: The eradication rate of 10 days is 65.38%（34/52），79.66%（47/59），78.18% （43/55）and 86.00%（43/50）,respectively.a statistial significantly difference emerged in group A and group D（P0.05).There was no statistial significantly difference among other groups(P0.05).The eradication rate of 14 days is 74.62%（50/67)、 84.21%(32/38)、86.11%(31/36）、91.18%（31/34）,respectively.a statistial significantly difference emerged in group A and group D（P0.05).There was no statistial III significantly difference among other groups(P0.05).The most frequent adverse reactions in all groups were inappetence、nausea、diarrhea、abdominal distension、 bad breath、 and dizziness,et al.There was no statistial significantly difference on adverse reaction.
