万方数据 万方数据 国家司法考试对青海省法律职业共同体的影响 Abstract To conduct the National Judicial Examination System which had been brought into China is a new experience. It had been 12 years since the examination had started in 2002. In the past 12 years, the examination had seen the preview, argumentation, implementation and accomplishment. The establishment of the National Judicial Examination System stands that judge, procurator, lawyer and notary own the qualification entrance standard which provide the important guarantee regulation for improving the quality of judicial professionals and securing the judicial efficiency and justice. At the same time, As the bridge between judicial education and judicial profession, the National Judicial Examination makes the process of judicial education and profession coherent, those who engage in the judicial profession own the coherent law background and way of thinking, career belief. Though, in Qinghai Province, less people register the examination and pass, the influence of the examination on the capacity building of the judicial profession and democratic legal system’s building is great. While, as a province in the west of China, how the judicial profession going and how the legal system going are somehow the feedback of the examination. The essay is based on the basic situation and data which had been collected in the practical work which is related with the examination, to explore the National Judicial Examination and judicial profession both in China and abroad, to analyze the result of the examination as well as status quo of the judicial professions of Qinghai Province, to propose the way of construction of more reasonable and accomplished examination system. With the comparison, analysis, we find that due to the difference on legal system, judicial environment between China and abroad, we still need to explore to build a National Judicial Examination and judicial profession coherent system which is featured with Chinese characteristi
