沈 阳 理 工 大 学 毕业设计（论文） 题 目：华润集团有限公司 财务风险问题研究 院 系： 经济与管理学院 专 业： 会计（应用本科） 学生姓名： 高 雪 岩 指导教师： 夏 天 2014年 9 月 19 日 摘 要 企业集团是一种重要的现代经济组织形式，其在现代市场经济环境中，企业集团的存在与发展不仅关系到企业自身的利益，还关系到国家或区域的经济实力及国际竞争力。改革开放后，企业集团作为一股新的充满活力的力量活跃在中国的市场经济舞台上，对我国国民经济发展做出了巨大贡献。 在市场经济中，企业集团面临的财务风险日益多样化和复杂化，其影响程度也日益加深。对企业集团财务风险控制与管理的研究是提升企业价值，促进企业健康发展的关键所在。 本文以华润（集团）有限公司为研究对象，对集团财务风险进行研究，分析了财务风险形成的原因，并且发现企业集团在财务风险控制方面存在的问题，从而针对出现的问题进行解决，采取行之有效的对策，降低了财务风险对企业集团造成的影响，达到了企业集团利益最大化。同时还发现企业集团普遍存在财务风险意识淡薄，对财务风险认识错误或不足的问题，针对财务风险的管理提出了具体的解决方案。 关键词：财务风险 风险控制 风险管理 华润（集团）有限公司 Abstract Enterprise group is an important modern economic organization form, its in modern market economy environment, the enterprise groups existence and development is not only related to the interests of the enterprise itself, but also related to national or regional economic strength and international competitiveness. After the reform and opening policy, the enterprise group as a stream of new energetic power active in Chinas market economy stage, national economy of our country has made great contribution to the development. In market economy, the financial risk of the enterprise group faces increasingly diversified and complicated, its influence degree is deepening. For enterprise group financial risk control and management of the research is to promote the enterprise value, and promote the healthy development of the key enterprise. Based on China Resources (Holdings) Co.,Ltd. limited company as the research object, the study of group financial risk, analyzes the reasons of the formation of financial risk, and discovered that enterprise group in financial risk control, and problems of the problem solved, take effective measures to reduce the financial risks of enterprise group, reached the impact of enterprise group benefit maximization.
