红树莓组培快繁技术研究-河南农业科学.PDF

DOI :10.15933/ki.1004 -3268.2011.04.036 　河南农业科学,2011,40(4):127-128, 133 　Journal of Henan Agricultural Sciences 郭玉霞, 董彦琪, 刘喜存, 周联东, 王文洁, 杜春宜 (, 453003) :以树莓品种红莓38 为试材,MS 为基本培养基, 添加植物激素6-BA、IBA,研究树莓快速繁殖技 术,结果表明: 导侧芽培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+IBA 0.1mg/L+蔗糖 30.0g/L+琼脂粉 4.0g/L,继代培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5mg/L+IBA 0.03mg/L+琼脂粉4.5g/L+蔗糖30.0g/L,生根 培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.2mg/L+活性炭0.2%+白砂糖20.0g/L+琼脂粉4.0g/L。苗高5cm、有 5条以上健壮根系时温室炼苗7d,移栽基质为纯砂 ∶草炭土=1 ∶l,移栽成活率高达92.78%。 :树莓;组织培养;快繁技术 :Q949.751.8　　:A 　　:1004-3268(2011)04-0127-03 he issue Culture Propagation echnology of Red Raspberry GUO Yu-xia,DONG Yan-qi, LIU Xi-cun,ZHOU Lian-dong,WANG Wen-jie,DU Chun-yi (Xinxiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Xinxiang 453003, China) Abstract : he shoot tips of red raspberry Hongmei 38 were used as the explants for tissue culture in the MS medium with 6-BA and IBA to study the propagation technology.he result showed that the best medium for inducing germination was MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L IBA +30. 0g/L sucrose+4.0g/L AGAR powder;the best medium for subculture was MS+1.5mg/L 6-BA +0.03mg/L IBA+4.0g/L AGA R powder+30.0g/L sucrose;the best rooting medium was 1/2 MS+0.2mg/L IBA +0.2%activated carbon+20.0g/L sugar+4.5g/L AGAR powder.When the seedlings height reached 5cm with more 5 roots, they were transplanted in greenhouse (sharp sand ∶peat soil=1 ∶1),and the survival rate was 92.78%.
