沈阳理工大学学士学位论文 PAGE PAGE 34 摘 要 典当是一种以物品或权利作为抵押或质押来进行融资的方式。现代典当行业在金融体系中总体上处于独立、边缘和弱势的地位，起一种弥补不足、调剂余缺的作用。在中国, 典当行业是一个既古老又新兴的行业，建国后，曾一度彻底绝迹，直到典当行业复出，随着整个经济环境和社会环境的巨大变化，对典当行业的生存和发展提出了严峻的挑战。 论文的第一部分阐述了典当的定义、构成要素、特点以及典当的地位；第二部分介绍了中国典当行业的发展历史、发展现状以及中国对典当行业的管理；第三部分提出了中国现代典当行业在发展过程中存在的行业属性不清、行业法律法规不健全、专业人才匮乏、融资渠道不通畅、实际业务范围狭窄等问题；最后一部分分别针对上述问题制定相应的解决对策，以此推动中国典当行业的发展，进而促进整个社会经济的发展。 关键词：典当；质押；融资；贷款 Abstract Pawn is a behavior to finance through the mortgage or pledge of the goods or rights. Modern pawnbroking is generally in an independent, vulnerable position of the finance system, serving as a function of regulating supplies. Although pawnbroking has a long history in China, which has been vanished for decades after liberation, it is a newly development industry currently. With the great changes of economic and social environment, the survival and development of the pawnbroking are faced with serious challenges. The first part of the thesis expounds the definition of the pawn, the elements and the characteristics, as well as its status; the second part introuduces the historical development, the current situation and the management in China related to pawnbroking; the third part proposes several problems exsiting in the development process of modern pawnbroking, including profession attribute confusion, imperfections in laws and regulations, starvation of the professionals, obstructed financing channel, limited business scope in actual and so on. In the last part, we put forward some corresponding countermeasures, to promote the development of pawnbroking in China, as well as the development of social economy.
