The foregoing is a limited warranty and it is the only warranty by manufacturer. Manufacturer disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT ONLY: MANUFACTURERS LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIRING OR REPLACING, AT THE DISCRETION OF MANUFACTURER, PARTS, OR COMPONENTS. An additional one-year warranty extension may be purchased from your authorized Haas distributor.
