萬能科技大學辦理教育部補助設置外國學生獎學金核撥作業要點 The Guideline of VANUNG University in Appropriating Scholarship Funds for International Students 經本校98年3月10日行政會議通過 經本校103年5月13日行政會議修正 Approved by the Administration Meeting of VNU at March 10, 2009 Revised by the Administration Meeting of VNU at May 14, 2014 為配合教育部國際教育學術交流合作政策，鼓勵本校招收優秀外國學生，特依據教育部「教育部補助大專校院及其附設華語文教學機構設置外國學生獎學金核撥作業規定」訂定「萬能科技大學辦理教育部補助設置外國學生獎學金核撥作業要點」(以下簡稱本要點)。 In response to the international academic collaboration and exchange policy of the Ministry of Education, Vanung University (hereinafter referred to as ‘VNU’) establishes the ‘Guideline of VANUNG University in Appropriating Scholarship Funds for International Students’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Guidelines’) in accordance with the MOE ‘Regulations Governing the Subsidies for the Establishment and Release of the Scholarship for International Students in Colleges, Universities and the Ancillary Mandarin Centers on Campus’ to encourage outstanding international students to get enrolled and study at the University. 獎學金申請資格：本要點獎助之對象以具萬能科技大學(以下簡稱本校)正式學籍之在學外國學生為限，並具下列資格者： 大學部學生須就學滿一學年，提出申請之前一學年度上、下學期各修習至少九學分，歷年學業成績總平均達八十分以上，操行成績總平均在八十分（含）以上，且無重大違規之行為者。 研究所學生就學滿一學期，提出申請之前一學期修習至少九學分，歷年學業成績總平均達八十分以上，操行成績總平均在八十分（含）以上，且無重大違規之行為者。 研究所學生因撰寫碩士論文期間，而無上學年成績者，得於本校指定受理期限內，經指導教授同意得以研究計畫書提出申請，計畫書內容須包括研究動機與目的、研究架構與設計、資料蒐集來源、論文大綱、參考書目等，此類申請以一次為限。 Eligibility: International students who are enrolled at VNU may apply for the General Scholarship according to the Guidelines. The applicants must meet any of the following qualifications: Undergraduate students who have completed at least one academic year of study and are currently enrolled at VNU must have also completed a minimum of nine credits in each of the two semesters in the previous academic year. Applicants must achieve averagely an academic score of 80 or above and an ethic score of 80 or above in the previous academic year, and have not been convicted of major violations.
