湖南大学毕业设计(论文) 第 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II 页 HUNAN UNIVERSITY 毕业设计 设计题目： 城市中低压配电网规划 学生姓名： 学生学号： 专业班级： 学院名称： 电气与信息工程学院 指导老师： 学院院长： 2015 年05月15日 摘 要 社会经济的发展推动了人民生活水平的提高，从而促进了电力需求的不断增长，现有的电力网将越来越无法满足城市的发展需要。作为电网建设的重要环节之一，配电网的上级连接着主网，末端连接着大大小小的用电客户，其规划的科学性更是电网效益和电能质量的先导和保障。如今，配电网规划受到了广泛的关注，国内外专家的多年研究也取得了创造性的成绩。 本文根据配电网规划的国内外研究现状，首先系统地对配电网规划相关知识进行概述，详细地介绍了配电网的主要类别、对应的电压等级、规划的意义，作为配电网规划的理论依据。此外，总结了配电网规划的基本步骤，理清本次规划的流程。介绍了研究对象的配电网现状，从高压变电站、中低压配电网等方面进行了简要分析，探讨现有配电网存在的缺陷和不足。 通过趋势外推法和灰色模型法对负荷进行预测，立足于经校核的负荷预测结果，适当调整了配电变压器。最后从经济性和可靠性指标入手，深入研究了配电网规划方案的评估方法。 本论文以国内外研究经验为基础，结合规划对象的实际状况，用科学的分析与计算方法对配电网进行规划，经过指导老师修正后得出了最终的规划方案。 关键词:配电网规划，负荷预测，技术原则，可靠性，经济性 The planning of medium-voltage and low-voltage distribution network in city Abstract The development of national economy led to the improvement of living standards, thus contributing to the growing demand for electricity, the existing power grid will become increasingly difficult to meet the development needs of the city. Because of connecting to both the main network and electricity customers, the construction of the distribution network plays an important role in the distribution network planning. Besides, scientific distribution network design is a premise of good grid efficiency and power quality. Nowadays, with the distribution network planning having been widespread concerned, international experts had made creative achievements after many years’ research. This thesis research is based on the research status of distribution network planning.Firstly, the basic knowledge of distribution network planning was introduced systematically from aspects of the features, voltage level, planning sense, as the distribution network planning’s theory.
