基于PLC的无人自动售货机控制系统设计 　　基于PLC的无人自动售货机控制系统设计 　　摘要:随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平提高，原来传统的零售方式已经不能满足人们的需求，所以无人自动售货机就作为一种必要的零售机器横空出世。自动售货机被市民形象称为“永不下班的超级营业员”。世界上有65个国家和地区尝试或者正在使用自动售货机这种零售方式，因此人们可以随处见到自动售货机的身影在银行，地铁，学校，公司，商业街，小区等。产生本次设计灵感就是来源于我们学校食堂，图书馆门口的自动售货机。　　 本次毕业设计主要介绍了无人自动售货机操作流程和基本原理。例如，以一次操作过程来讲，让一次交易商品过程分为几部分程序，接着对每一个部分程序进行PLC编程。无人自动售货机几乎所有工作过程和动作，都在PLC编程实现。使用PLC控制保证了无人自动售货机稳定性，能够长期安全运行。本次设计使用信捷PLC完成对自动售货机控制，简要的介绍了自动售货机控制要求，系统流程图，硬件接线图，软件PLC梯形图设计。　　关键词: 无人自动售货机；可编程序控制器；梯形图　　The development of Automatic vending machine　　Abstract: with the social and economic development and the improvement of peoples living standards, traditional retail has been increasingly unable to meet peoples needs, so vending machine as a necessary retail machine D-Will.
