·20 · 中国中医药信息杂志 2002 年 5 月第 9 卷第 5 期 ·论著· 熄风静宁汤对抽动-秽语综合征患儿血浆多巴胺 和兴奋性氨基酸的影响 刘初生 王俊宏* 刘弼臣* (北京市宣武中医医院 北京 100050) [提 要] 目的：探讨熄风静宁汤对抽动-秽语综合征 (TS)患儿神经递质的影响。方法：应用血浆儿茶酚胺高 效液相色谱法和酸水解法,对 48 例 TS 患儿及 24 例正常患儿血浆多巴胺 (DA)及兴奋性氨基酸—— 谷氨酸 (Glu)、门 冬氨酸 (Asp)进行测定,并对 20 例 TS 患儿服用熄风静宁汤前后进行比较。结果：TS 患儿血浆 DA、Glu、Asp 水平 明显高于正常患儿,20 例 TS 患儿服用熄风静宁汤后血浆 DA、Glu、Asp 水平明显下降。结论：TS 患儿存在神经递 质功能失调,熄风静宁汤可以调节 TS 患儿神经递质的释放与分泌。 [关键词] 抽动-秽语综合征 熄风静宁汤 多巴胺 谷氨酸 门冬氨酸 Effect of Xifeng Jingning Decoction on the Levels of Plasma Dopamine and Amino Acid in the Children with Gilles de la Tourette Syndrome Liu Chusheng, Wang Junhong, Liu Bichen (Beijing Xuanwu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing 100050) Abstract Objective ：To study the effect of Xifeng Jingning decoction on the neurohumor in the children with Gilles de la Tourette Syndrome(TS). Methods ：The levels of plasma dopamine, amino acid —— glutamic acid and aspartic acid were measured in forty-eight children with TS and twenty-four children with other illness by HPLC and acid hydrolysis. Including which twenty children with TS were observed before and after treatment. Result ：The levels of plasma dopamine, amino acid ( glutamic acid and aspartic acid ) in the children with TS were higher than those of normal children. After treatment those levels of the twenty children with TS were decreased obviously. Conclusion ：The functions of neurohumor in the children with TS were maladjusted, and Xifeng Jingning decoction can adjust the release and secretion of neurohumor.
