PAGE 本科毕业论文 （20 届） 基于UG的除雪机器人设计 专业：机械设计制造及其自动化 摘 要：目前，我国的公路和城市道路冬季除雪大部分仍沿用人工作业和小型除雪机具相结合的方式，高速公路和一级公路开始使用大型专用除雪机械进行冬季养护，但除雪机械在数量和品种规格上还很少，国内使用的除雪机主要有犁式除雪机、旋切式除雪机和扫滚式除雪机，除冰机主要有振动式、静碾压裂式、柔性链条击打式、铲剁式。 多功能除雪机器人集成除雪、破冰、清扫三个功能于一体，并且可以轻松的移动，操作简单，使用方便，除雪效果好。该产品为单边排放设计，采用焊接框架，利用链传动及螺旋式结构实现除雪并输送到道路一侧。初步清扫后的道路由破冰机构和圆盘刷进行二次清扫，保证达到理想除雪效果。产品结构简单，拆装维修方便，占地面积小，能量消耗低，同时采用遥控控制，不但能够节约人力物力，而且有效避免了能源的浪费和使用融雪剂的方法引起对环境的污染。适用于暴雪冰冻封路情况下的除雪破冰工作，市场有需求，具有较高的普及推广可行性。 利用UG软件对多功能除雪机器人各零件建立三维模型、虚拟装配及工程图生成。用本文的方法设计制作该除雪机器人，具有设计快捷、方便等特点。研究结果对于提高设计的速度、质量具有重要意义。 关键词：多功能；除雪；破冰；清扫；遥控； UG The design of snow removal robot based on UG Abstract：At present, Chinas highways and urban roads most of the winter snow still used manual operation and small snow removal equipment combination, highways and a major highway to start using special machinery to winter snow maintenance, but the snow machines in the quantity and specifications still small, domestic use of snow machines mainly plow snow machine, snow machine and scan peeling-type roll-snow machine, de-icing machine mainly vibratory and static split-type roller compacted, flexible chain hitting style, shovel chop style.
