中西医结合治疗股骨头坏死的临床效果探讨.docVIP

［摘要］0的分析中西医结合治疗股骨头坏死 的临床效果。方法整群抽取入住该院的86例股骨头 坏死患者(2012年4月一2015年9月)作为研究对象， 对86例患者实施电脑随机分组。对照组43例患者实 施西医治疗，实验组43例患者实施中西医结合治疗， 比较两组患者的生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果 实验组43例患者的并发症发生率(2.33%)低于对照 组(16.28%),且两组患者的生活质量评分差异有统 计学意义，P ［关键词］中西医结合治疗；股骨头坏死；临床效 果 ［中图分类号］R4 ［文献标识码］A ［文章编号］ 1674-0742 (2016) 06 (a) -0171-02 ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of femoral head necrosis.
