连接片体冷冲模设计 　　连接片体冷冲模设计 　　摘 要:冲压是利用安装在压力机上的模具，对材料施加压力，使其产生分离或者塑性变形，从而获得一定形状，尺寸和性能的制件的一种压力加工方法。这次毕业设计的课题为连接片冲压工艺及模具设计。本设计课题主要是对连接片进行冲压成型工艺分析和模具设计，利用冲压模具设计手册及其相关资料对其结构和工艺进行分析，接下来，明确设计思路，确定冲压成型工艺过程。然后我们使用Pro/E软件的三维造型功能，对零件进行三维造型，以便对产品有更直观的了解，确定零件的展开图，然后对零件进行工艺性分析，了解制件的工艺性，确定零件的工艺方案；再计算凸凹模的刃口尺寸，进行各种模具工艺计算等，最终设计并绘出模具简图。由于包含了冲裁、弯曲、翻孔等多种工序，通过了解不同类型模具的特点和需要注意的问题，在模具简图的基础上进行模具结构工艺性分析，进行模具结构设计并选择冲压设备。　　关键词：连接片；工艺性分析；工艺方案；结构设计　　The connecting piece body cold stamping die design　　ABSTRACT:Stamping is used installed in the press mold, pressure on the material, make its produce separation or plastic deformation, and thus obtain a certain shape, size and performance parts of a pressure processing method.
