According to agrometeorology principle and agriculture meteorological disaster target, it conformity and statistics corresponding meteorological element. Then, the paper selected the index of correlation to carry on processing to the material, and also found out the characteristics of agriculture climatic resource such as temperature, light and water, expounding to crop yield and the quality influence big meteorological disaster risks type and the characteristic, and also considered the advantageous and adverse condition of agricultural climate, providing the scientific basis for the agriculture climatic resource effective use and the agricultural production development.
