资料邮件1490008574 西安石油大学本科毕业设计（论文） 1 全自动洗衣机传动系统设计 摘要：洗衣机是一种普遍的家用电器。它不但可以减轻人的家务劳动，而且较手工洗涤衣物省时、省水、省洗涤剂，故洗衣机已成为市场上的畅销品。随着国民经济的进一步发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，我国洗衣机工业迅速发展，洗衣机年销售量8000万台以上。现在我国市场上，全自动波轮式洗衣机占据较大的市场份额，所以有必要对全自动波轮式洗衣机的结构功能改进完善，使其在适用性、可靠性、环保性、节能性和智能性等方面不断提高，以更好地满足我国市场需求。 本文对全自动波轮式洗衣机的研究要点如下： （1）介绍了洗衣机的洗涤原理、分类情况，阐述了国内外全自动波轮式洗衣机的研究现状和全自动波轮式洗衣机今后的发展趋势及本文所研究其传动系统的目的、意义。 （2）对全自动波轮式洗衣机的四种传动系统方案作了对比分析，选择了其中一种传动方案作本文的设计。 （3）阐述了全自动波轮式洗衣机传动系统结构组成和基本原理，对传动系统主要组成部分如电动机、v带、行星齿轮减速器等进行了详细的参数选择和计算。 （4）设计了洗衣机离合器及行星齿轮减速器结构，并对主要零部件进行了校核。 关键词： 波轮式洗衣机 传动 减速器 离合器 设计 Design the thansmission system of automatic washing machine Abstract：Washing machine is a kind of common household electrical appliances. It not only can reduce the housework of persons,but also it istime-saving,water-saving, provincial detergent than manual washing, So washing machine has become the best in the market . With the further development of the national economy and people's living standard enhances unceasingly , our washing machine industry has been developing rapidly . Annual sales of washing machine is more than 80 million . Now in the market of our country, full-automatic washing machine occupy larger market share,so it is necessary to research the strcture and the function onwashingmachines,let it better meet the market deman on applicability ,reliability, environmental protection, energy conservation and intelligent . The research point of Automatic washing machine as follows: Introduce the principle, classification of washing machine , Elaborate domestic and foreign research status of automatic washing machine and its development tendency in the future and the purpose, significance for the research of its transmission system. Analysis four kind of transmission system of automatic washing machine,and select one. Expound the structure components and basic principle of automatic washing machine drive system ,select and calculate detailly the main component part of transmission system such as electric motors, v belt
