人工皮在新生儿无创机械通气中的应用 黄秀莲 (重庆医科大学儿童医院新生儿诊治中心一病房400014) 【摘要】目的探讨水胶体敷料(人工皮)在新生儿无创机械通气中的临床使 用效果。方法对在我院需要进行创机械通气的30例患儿入院资料进行分析， 根据患儿入院时间顺序分为两组。对照组采用常规方法治疗，实验组采用人工皮 覆盖鼻部后使用鼻塞固定治疗，比较两组患儿通气效果等指标。结果实验组中 有5例患儿治疗效果较好，患儿治疗后基木痊愈；8例患儿临床症状得到改善, 总有效率86.7%高于对照组(66.7%) (P0.05)；实验组有13例患儿对我院治疗 比较满意，满意度达到86.7%高于对照组患儿(P0.05)o结论人工皮在新生 儿无创机械通气中使用效果较好，值得推广使用。 【关键词】水胶体敷料(人工皮)新生儿无创机械通气应用效果 【中图分类号】R472 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2014) 04-0096-02 Artificial skin application of noninvasive mechanical ventilation inneonates 【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the hydrocolloid dressings (artificial leather)in neonatal noninvasive clinical effect of mechanical ventilation in.Methods: 30 cases of hospital invasive mechanical ventilation in our hospitalwere analyzed according to the needs of children in the hospital, the time sequence is divided into two groups.
