—— —— 旦塑堑堕堡堡竺些旦堡塞 ABSTRACT Fixed—line Short Message Service(FLSMS)is a new type of service that can send and receive short message base on the fixed—line network．Nowadays many fixed—line operators which including China Telecom have introduced the FLSMS to their customers．But in contrast with the fast growth of FLSMS，the development of value—add services on the FLSMS platform has dropped behind．The lack of attractive value-added services has become the obstacle ofthe developmem of FLSMS． In this paper，we make a profound study in the field of actuality of FLSMS and the protocols used in FLSMS．We discuss the development in detml：introduce the enhanced SMGP protocol and enhanced CTSI protocol and compare the diflbrence between the enhanced SMGP protocol and the SMPP protocol；introduce the user’S demand and how to determine the hardware architecture and the software design principles according to the user’s demand；explain the reason why we use multi· thread programming in system programming，and bring forward the method of synchronize threads by using message queue and events；introduce the enhanced- SMGP APl we developed．And at last，we introduce。the detml realization of each thread．In the same time，we also introduce the system’s security scheme． This paper is organized by followings：Chapter One gives research background of our work；in Chapter Two，the basic situation of FLSMS is discussed；in Chapter Three，we introduce the correlative protocols to the readers and compare them with some other protocols；in Chapter Four，we discuss the detail realization of the system． At the end ofthe paper，we make a conclusion and discuss the possible future research． Keywords Fixed—line Short Message Service(FLSMS)，Integrated Information System(IIS)， SMS，SMGP，enhanced SMGP，CTSI，SMPP，SM—POS，multi—thread programming， e-business，message queue 4 固网短信银行的应用研究第一章引言 固网短信银行的应用研究 第一章引言 近年来，电信行业发展迅猛，市场竞争也开趋激烈。在这种情况下，运营 商们都不能不对飞速发展的短信市场无动于衷。固网短信业务正是在这一背景 下产生的。由中围电信有限公司推出的家家e固网
