摘 摘 要 国有企业办学,尤其是国有企业办中小学,是我国 基础教育的重要组成部分,是穷国办大教育的极为有效 的方式。在四十多年的办学历程中,它取得过辉煌的成 就。 自20世纪90年代以来,我国国有企业开始建立现 代企业管理制度,这项改革的一个重要任务就是要把企 业的后勤服务部门从企业中分离出去。国有企业中小学 何去何从,就成为人们关注的焦点之一。目前比较一致 的看法是:应该把国有企业中小学分离出去,企j眦只办 .职工教育和职业技术教育。但是,我国的国情决定了国 有企业中小学的分离只能是一个渐进的过程,国有食业 办喈小学,今后~段时间里仍将在一些地方继续存在, 如伺办好中小学仍是一些国有企业管理者面临的课题。 基于以上认识,本研究选取国有企业中小学仍占相 当比例的四川省为样本,通过实地走访、电话、书信联 系、收集报刊报道等方式,对一些国有企业中小学办学 状况进;『亍调查,以期了解其现状,揭示其存在的问题,探 讨相关的对策,为国有企业继续办好中小学提供一些有益的思考。 讨相关的对策,为国有企业继续办好中小学提供一些有 益的思考。 关键词:国有企业,学校,现状,问题,对策 ABSTRUCTEstablishing ABSTRUCT Establishing schools,especially primary and middle schools by state—owned enterprises is all important part of our country’S basic education.It is also an extremely effective measure of large—scaled educational system put forward by a poor country. Since the 1 990’S,state—owned enterprises in our country have started setting up modem enterprising systems。One of the important tasks of this innovation is to separate a series of rear-service departments away from the enterprises.Thus what course to follow by the primary and middle schools will be a focus concerned by all of US.At the moment a comparatively unanimous view is that we should separate the primary and middle schools away from the enterprises SO that the enterprises will only offer education to staff and workers or professional technical education.But our count搿-’s own situation has decided that the separation of primary and middle schools from enterprises can only be a gradual 3 process. process. And they will still exist together with the enterprises tbr a period of time.Also how to run the schools well still remains an important topic to the managerial personnel of those state—owned enterprises Based on the above knowledge,our research will choose the province of Sichuan as an example,a place that is comparatively centralized and still covers a certain rate of running the primary and middle schools in the state—owned enterprises.We have investigated basic conditions of those schools through
