Abstract
This paper is based on the flat head full floating cab and long head semi floating cab of a type of truck as the object of study and verify. Estabish a precision ragid-flex coupling vehicle model which contain flexible frame by using the virtual propitype software ADAMS. According to the actual situation of traffic established the corresponding road surface for the virtual model. Let the virtual model according to certain speed driving on the road. And conside the tire incentive which was brung from unqualified tires. Through this simulation process to test the vibration of the vehicle. For the smooth performance of the vehicle is better, optimization analysis the virtual model. In order to improve vehicle performance, charge the tire model or the relevant parameters of the vehicle, such as the stiffness and damping coefficient of suspensions and cab mountings. Because of the nonlinear damping, The joint simulation method was used for optimizing simulation by playing the respective advantages of ADAMS and MATLAB. Provide a new method of high accuracy and efficiency for the simulation research of vehicle performance.
In this paper, the content of each chapter are arranged as following:
Firstly, Introduction research significance and background of this paper and expounded the research status of vehicle ride comfort analysis at home and abroad. Expounded the concept of the virtual propitype software ADAMS , its application in the car industry and the significance of using the vertual prototype technology to research the vehicle performance. Given the source, the main research content and the overall framework of this paper.
Secondly, Expounded the characteristics of the virtual propitype commercial software ADAMS. And introduce the basic algorithm of ADAMS software, including the ADAMS based modeling, the algorithm of kinematics analysis and dynamics analysis.
