The electric power law being implemented , the electric power as a commodity to enter the market , accept the supervision of the user and choices , even the power cut suddenly , the operators responsibility will be pursued On the other hand , high accuracy technology and equipment for power quality requirements of power supply , the reliability distribution network has been the main parts.
