PAGE PAGE iii Abstract The key of management is decision-making. In the process of decision-making, decision-maker often provides all kinds of information, such as real number, interval number, continues interval number, fuzzy linguistic preference and so on. How to make use of aggregating operator to aggregate information that the decision-maker provides has become the hot spot problem at home and abroad. In this paper, ordered weighted harmonic averaging (OWHA) operator is extended to these cases that the information is interval number, continues interval number and continues interval number which have importance weights. A series of new operators have been given, and their characters are studied. When preference information is linguistic judgment matrix, we provide the concept of experts’ importance induced ordered weighed averaging (I-LIOWA) operator, and study the compatibility and consistency of linguistic judgment matrices. Study content concretely as follows: Based on ordered weighted harmonic averaging (OWHA) operator, the concept of uncertain combined weighted harmonic averaging (UCWHA) operator is proposed, which is a new kind of aggregating information, which is made use of to aggregate cost type interval argument. In the meantime, we study the properties of UCWHA operator and give its application to the interval multi-attribute decision-making that its weights are unknown to us. Ordered weighted harmonic averaging (OWHA) operator is extended to continuous interval argument, and continuous interval argument OWH（C-OWH） operator is proposed. Based on C-OWH operator, we propose some new concepts, such as weighted harmonic C-OWH （WHC-OWH） operator, ordered weighted harmonic averaging C-OWH （ OWHC-OWH ） operator, combined C-OWH （CC-OWH） operator, some properties of these operators are discussed.
