西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 摘要 中国已经加入了世界贸易组织，世界石油化学工业正在进行第三 次结构调整，许多国外大石化公司也正在进行大规模的重组和合并， 吉林石化所处的内外部环境发生了巨大变化。吉林石化在国内原有的 市场和竞争优势将面临着国外大石化公司的挑战。公司要想在激烈的 市场竞争中生存和发展下去，就必须制定出适合于自身的发展战略。 文章在调查研究吉林石化基本情况，分析外部环境和内部条件的 基础上，总结了吉林石化的优势与劣势，剖析了吉林石化的机遇和挑 战，按照国家化学工业“十五”规划中确定的“有所为有所不为”的 原则，确定了“全面提高企业总体实力和竞争能力，把中国石油吉林石 化公司建成中油最大、国内一流、国际知名的大型石油化工生产基地”的 战略目标，明确了“进一步扩大规模和全面调整产品结构”的战略重 点，按照中国石油天然气股份有限公司的总体战略部署，制定了吉林 石化整体发展战略，提出了“成本领先战略和创新战略”，形成了吉林 石化的整体发展战略框架。 文章理论与实际相结合，把战略管理理论应用于企业战略研究实 践，对吉林石化的产品结构调整、内部改革、企业管理和未来的长期 稳定发展具有一定的指导意义。 关键词：石油化学工业；产业结构调整；成本领先战略；创新战略 吉林石化 _—_—_——————_●^-———_—————_————___--_—_—_———_——-_-_—————_———————————————一 _—_—_——————_●^-———_—————_————___--_—_—_———_——-_-_—————_———————————————一堕妻奎塑查堂塑主塑塞竺堂鱼迨塞 一 篁!蔓 Abstract China has already entered WTO．The third industrial structure adjustment is taking place in petrochemical industry．Many foreign big companies carry on extensive reorganization and amalgamation too，the enolTnous change has taken place in the internal and external environment that Jilin petrochemical industrial corporation is in．nle already existing market and competitiveness advantage will face the challenge of the big foreign petrochemical corporation at home in Jilin petrochemical industrial corporation．If the eomparty wartts t0 survive and develop in t11e fierce market competition．it must make the development strategy suitable for one’s owrl． Firstly,the article makes investigations and research of Jitin petrochemical industry corporation and analysis ofthe company’s external and internal environment，summarizes strengths and weaknesses of Jilin petrochemical industrial corporation，defines the opportunities and threats that exists in the external environment．After that，on these grounds，according to the principles of”doing something and not doing the other”confirmed in the program during the’State’s Tenth Five—Year Plan Period of national chemical industry,tIle article has put forward the strategic target of making Jilin petrochemical in
