The practice proved that in water recovery condensers vacuum degree enhancement， then the steam turbine exhaust temperature reduces， consumes the fuel quantity under the same electricity generation load to reduce. The cooling tower water leakage temperature reduces， may enhance in water recovery condensers vacuum degree， but matches the water in the quality influence tower the padding area moisture heat transfer degree， namely will affect the tower water temperature as well as water recovery condensers vacuum degree and the power plant coal consumption.
