I I 摘 要 文化产业是当今世界具有发展潜力的朝阳产业之一，必将逐步发展成当今时代的 支柱产业以及世界经济新的推动力。文化产业以其内容的特殊性区别于传统产业，成 为一个国家的核心软实力，吉林省在“十二五”时期就提出文化强省的目标。在全球 经济一体化的背景下，产业集群作为当今最具特色和影响力的经济组织形式，其在各 国、各地区的经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。研究培育吉林省文化产业集群的 路径，不仅有利于吉林省文化产业的发展，还有利于其他相关产业效益的提升。本文 运用行业集中度、区位商和赫尔芬达—赫希曼指数来测算吉林省文化产业的集聚程度， 直观分析目前吉林省文化产业聚集状况的真实水平，剖析影响吉林省文化产业集群的 因素，结合国内外先进经验有针对性地提出培育吉林省文化产业集群的对策建议。 本文以吉林省文化产业集聚度为着眼点，分六个部分进行论述。第一章阐释了研 究背景与研究意义、文化产业集群的国内外研究现状和研究的主要内容与方法介绍； 第二章对文化产业概念及文化产业集群的相关理论进行概述；第三章是对吉林省文化 产业集群发展的概况进行分析，指出了存在的问题。第四章是吉林省文化产业集聚度 的实证分析，并提出结论。第五章根据吉林省文化产业集群存在的问题，深入剖析产 生问题的原因。第六章为培育吉林省文化产业集群提出了完善政府对文化产业集群的 制度和政策体系、构建新型融资体系、强化专业化分工、打造营销策略等对策与建议。 关键词：文化产业 集群 集聚度 II II ABSTRACT The cultural industry is one of the worlds sunrise industries with growth potential, and it will gradually develop into a pillar industry of the modern era and be new impetus in the world economy. Different from the traditional cultural industries, its particularity content become the core of a countrys soft power. Jilin Province, in the “twelfth five year plan period, sets a goal —developing a strong cultural province. With the context of global economic integration, industrial cluster is todays unique and influential forms of economic organization, which plays an increasingly important role in various countries. Research on Jilin Cultural Industry foster path, is not only conducive to the development of cultural industry in Jilin Province, but also helps to enhance the effectiveness of other related industries. In this paper, industry concentration, location quotient and Hull Fanta- Hirschman index are used to measure the degree of concentration of the cultural industry in Jilin Province, and analyze present situation of cultural industries gathered, and analyze the factors of cultural industry clusters.
