湖南工业大学本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE 20t桥式起重机设计 PAGE 38 摘 要 桥式起重机是横架于车间、仓库和料场上空进行物料吊运的起重设备。它是使用范围最广、数量最多的一种起重机械。桥式起重机由桥架、小车运行机构、大车运行机构和电气设备构成。起升机构滑轮组采用双联滑轮组，重物在升降过程中没有水平移动，起升过程平稳，且钢丝绳的安装和更换容易。在起升机构中还涉及到钢丝绳、吊钩，减速器、联轴器、电动机和制动器的选择等。小车运行机构中涉及小车轮压计算、减速器、联轴器、电动机和制动器的选择计算等。小车上装有起升机构和运行机构，可以带着吊起的物品沿桥架上的轨道运行。于是桥架的前后运行和小车沿桥架的运行以及起升机构的升降动作，三者所构成的立体空间范围是桥式起重机吊运物品的有效空间。通用桥式起重机一般都具有三个机构:起升机构、小车运行机构和大车运行机构。另外还包括栏杆、司机室等。本论文研究的是电动双梁桥式起重机，额定起重量20t。设计的主要内容是小车运行机构和小车的起升机构的设计计算，大车的运行机构的主要计算。 关键词： 桥式起重机；起升机构；小车运行机构； 校核; 许用应力 ABSTRACT Bridge crane is a horizontal plane in workshop, warehouse and yard over rigger materials lifting equipment.
