哈尔滨石油学院本科生毕业设计（论文呢） PAGE 摘 要 二十世纪九十年代以来，我国企业资本运营方兴未艾，兼并、收购、股份制改造、分立、剥离、公司控制等各种资本运营方式层出不穷。资本运营作为企业发展和改革的重要途径以及一种制度创新，对增强企业市场竞争力和实现企业优势集中等具有十分重要的意义。 近几年来，我国理论界和实务界对企业资本运营的研究给予了前所未有的重视，成果颇丰。但从总体上看，从理论与实践的结合上，目前国内的研究主要集中在对资本运营的基本认识及具体的案例分析，以及国有企业资本运营的研究等，而对民营企业资本运营进行深入系统研究的论著还比较少。基于此，在参考诸多论述的基础上，本文从民营企业的角度对资本运营的模式、障碍及对策进行了深入的分析。 关键词：民营企业；资本运营；；模式障碍；对策 Abstract From the nineties of 20th century，the wave of Chinese enterprise capital operation is urging .A11 kinds of types are appearing one after another. The spread of capital operation，as an important method of development and reform，also as an innovation of system，will contribute to the adjustment of economic structure，the best installation of resource. It is of great significance to enhance the competing power and to realize the converge of superiority. In recent years，the theoretical and practical circles had paid unprecedingly attention to the research of capital operation，the achievement is rich. But as a whole，most of them are focused on basic understanding and case analysis mainly in the capital operation，and research，state-owned enterprise of capital operation，etc. The works to go on to private enterprise is still relatively few. Considering the above reason，on the basis of consulting a great deal of argumentation，the paper carries on deep analysis to mode，obstacle and countermeasure of the capital operation in terms of private enterprise.
