河北工程大学土木工程学院毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 2010年 PAGE PAGE 2 毕业设计说明书 邯郸针织服装有限公司 综合车间设计 专 业 土木工程 学 生 高 建 辉 指导教师 李 秋 英 河北工程大学土木工程学院 摘 要 本设计为邯郸针织服装有限公司3#综合车间，位于河北省邯郸市区，地震基本烈度为7度,设计地震分组为第一组，设计地震基本加速度值为0.10g。综合考虑周边环境与社会发展的需要，对该结构采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，整体现浇，拟建车间为5层,建筑面积4300 m2。其中一层设裁剪车间、净坯库房、整库房、空调车房、办公室、开水间、厕所、电梯间、楼梯等。二层设缝纫车间、开水间、厕所、电梯间、楼梯等。三层设后整理车间、铺料库、开水间、厕所、电梯间、楼梯等。四层设印花车间、铺料库、质检、仓库、办公室、厕所、开水间、水池、电梯间、楼梯等。五层设电梯机房。 结构设计基准期为50年。场地为Ⅱ类建筑场地，地基承载力特征值fa=150Kpa。 本设计分为建筑设计和结构设计两大部分。建筑设计部分综合了几个方案的优点，考虑了影响建筑的各种因素，采用了既能满足综合车间的多方面要求，又比较经济适用的方案。 建筑设计的过程分为熟悉设计任务、提出设计方案和施工图的绘制三个阶段，其内容包括总平面图设计、建筑平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计和建筑构造设计。本建筑设计严格遵循建筑设计的各项原则，即符合安全、美观、经济、使用功能等原则。建筑设计成果体现在建筑施工图上。 结构设计的过程分为结构方案的选择与布置、主体结构的计算和构件的设计计算三个过程。设计内容有：荷载统计，水平地震作用下及竖向荷载作用下框架的内力计算，内力组合，梁柱的截面设计，楼梯、楼板设计及基础设计等。另外运用PK、PM及CAD进行框架的结构设计计算和板的配筋计算。 Abstract This design is Hebei project university west school district student dining room, locate in Hebei project university west school district , seismic basic intensity is 7 degree second groups, design seismic basically acceleration value is 0.15 g. Comprehensive consideration is periphery and environmental to be with the needs of social development, as this structure adopts the frame structure of reinforced concrete, whole are cast-in-place , it is four levels of to total , local five floor and first layer are of 4.5 m , standard layer is of 4.5 m , local five floor is of 3 m. Construct to contain student dining room and free supermarket , let dining room reserve the functions such as the staff dormitory of dining room and the warehouse of use, the control of floor area in 7500 ㎡ control.
