数据资源管理与利用 Data Resources Management and Utilization 康复本体知识库构建探索 周勇① 焦杨② 郄淑燕③ 公维军② 席家宁 ＊ 摘 要   目的：为了有效管理和利用康复医学知识资源，构建康复医学本体知识库。方法：通过文献调研，现场调查，收集 本体元素，采用Protégé软件探索性建立类，并创建实例的方法构建康复医学知识库。结果：康复医学由康复诊断、康复相关 疾病、康复评定以及康复治疗构成，康复治疗团队和患者构成具体的主体和客体。构建康复医学本体知识库的初始版本，分 五级建立节点，建立一级节点6个，二级节点33个。结论：构建康复医学本体知识库有利于康复医学发展。 关键词　康复医学  本体知识库  Protégé Doi:10.3969/j.issn.1673-7571.2016.12.020 [中图分类号] R319;R4 [文献标识码] A Exploration on the Construction of Rehabilitation Ontologies Knowledge Base / ZHOU Yong, JIAO Yang, XI Shu-yan, et al// China Digital Medicine.-2016 11(12): 60 to 62 Abstract Objective: In order to effectively manage and utilize the knowledge resources of rehabilitation medicine, to construct the knowledge base of the rehabilitation medicine. Method: Through literature research, field investigation, collection of ontology elements, the use of Protégé software to explore the establishment of class and create an instance of the method of building rehabilitation medicine knowledge base. Results: Rehabilitation medicine consists of rehabilitation diagnosis, rehabilitation related diseases, rehabilitation evaluation and rehabilitation treatment. Rehabilitation therapy team and patients constitute the specific subject and object. Construction of the initial version of the ontology knowledge base of rehabilitation medicine, divided 5 levels, include 6 first child nodes and 33 second child nodes. Conclusion: Constructing the ontology knowledge base of rehabilitation medicine is beneficial to the exploration and development of rehabilitation medicine.
