PAGE .. 摘要 近年来，我国家电工业的高速发展对模具工业，尤其是塑料模具提出了越来越高的要求，2004年，塑料模具在整个模具行业中所占比例已上升到30%左右，据有关专家预测，在未来几年里，中国塑料模具工业还将持续保持年均增长速度达到10%以上的较高速度的发展。国内塑料模具市场以注塑模具需求量最大，其中发展中重点为工程塑料模具。 注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法，它主要适用于热塑性塑料的成型，可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑料件。本课题就是将肥皂盒的上盒盖作为设计模型，将注射模具的相关知识作为依据，阐述塑料注塑模具的设计过程。 本设计对肥皂盒上盒盖进行的注塑模设计，利用UG软件对塑件进行了实体造型，对塑件结构进行了工艺分析。明确了设计思路，确定了注射成型工艺过程并对各个具体部件部分进行了详细的计算和校核。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠，保证了与其他部件的配合。最后用autoCAD绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图。 本课题对肥皂盒上盒盖的注塑模具设计，巩固和深化了所学知识，取得了比较满意的效果，达到了预期的设计意图。 关键词：塑料模具，注射成型，模具设计，注塑模具 Abstract In recent years, Chinas household electrical appliance industry high speed development of the tooling industry, especially the plastic mold of the increasingly high demand, in 2004, the plastic mold in the mold industry in the proportion has increased to about 30%, according to the experts forecast, in the next few years, China plastic mold industry will continue to maintain an growth rate of 10% over the high speed of development.
