Methods: Fourteen patients from 4 familial gastric cancer families were analyzed. Result: All 14 patients were found in 4 familial gastric cancer families, among which 9 were gastric cardia cancer, while 5 were gastic antrum cancer. And two families transmitted vertically to 2 generations. The median age of confirmed diagnosis was 61.7 years, 4 patients were confirmed diagnosed before 50 years (include 50 years). The pathological type of the 14 patients, 10 were mucious adenocarcinoma or poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, 1 was well- moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma, 3 were unknown. Conclusion: The patients of familial gastric cancer had the characteristics of early onsetting, high incidences of gastric cardia cancer, poor differentiation, tendency of other cancer and worse prognosis.
